FUTO Gets a Teaching Hospital for MBBS Students
The Federal Government of Nigeria has officially approved the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Owerri as a University Teaching Hospital for Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO).
The Eighth Substantive Vice-chancellor, Professor Mrs. Nnenna N. Oti who was obviously elated over the latest development, immensely commended the government and all stakeholders who had contributed greatly towards achieving the milestone, particularly the Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma.
Congratulations as FMC Owerri becomes the Official Teaching Hospital for Medical Graduating Students in Federal University of Technology, Owerri.
Recall FUTO began offering the MBBS Course in the Year 2020.
FMC Owerri is now known as Federal University Teaching Hospital Owerri.
