- 18 Months Course
QUALIFICATIONS for ESUT Teaching Hospital School of Midwifery Admission Form 2022/2023:
- Candidates seeking admission must
- Be a qualified staff nurse
- Obtain credit in not more than two sittings in the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and English Language in WAEC/VVAEC GCE or NECO/NECO GCE examinations.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
- Candidates should see the school bursar for payment of the application fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira), via remittal.
- Come to the school with two passport photographs, photocopies of all credentials, including testimonials and age declaration.
All completed application forms should be returned to the bursar or secretary to the principal.

- 3rd and 4th August, 2022.
