EPL: Ten Hag should Win Titles Next Year with Man Utd – Ronaldo
Manchester United forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, has said incoming manager Erik ten Hag should be able to win titles next year.
However, Ronaldo warned that the Premier League club, that Ten Hag will “need time” to be successful at Old Trafford.
The 37-year-old has spoken for the first time since the Red Devils appointed the Dutchman on a three-year deal with the option of an extra season.
“I know that he’s done a fantastic job at Ajax, and that he is an experienced coach, but we have to give him time.
“Things must change the way he wants. If you do well, all of Manchester United will succeed, so I wish you all the best.
“We are all happy and excited, not only as players, but as fans as well. We have to believe that next year we can win titles,” Ronaldo told manutd.com.
United are certain to finish outside the top five in the Premier League this season.
