BBNaija 2022: Organizers Announce Premiere Date, Grand Prize
Organizers of Africa’s popular reality TV show, Big Brother Naija (BBNaija), have announced that the 2022 Season 7 edition will premiere on Saturday 23rd and 24th of July 2022.
The organizers, in a press briefing on Tuesday, said the new season will premiere across all DSTV packages on channel 198 and on GOtv Max and Plus on channel 29.

It also announced that the winner will walk away with N100 million worth of prizes and housemates will be in the house for 72 days.

“The winner for #BBNaijaS7 goes home with N100,000,000. N50,000,000 in cash and N50,000,000 worth of prizes from sponsors.”
It also added that with no more COVID-19 restrictions, therefore, there will be a live audience and ninja
Requirements For BBNaija Season 7
These were the requirements for Big brother Naija:
- Participants must be a citizen of Nigeria and non-Nigerian citizens cannot participate in the show for now.
- The age limit for one to participate must be between the age of 21 or reach that age before June 2022.
- Participants must have a valid limit of identification (Passport).
- He or she must be emotionally and mentally stable to handle the heat of the show for 90 days without any contact outside the world.
- Participants must be educated with a minimum of o level qualification i.e WAEC, GCE, and NECO. It’s not compulsory to have a higher degree before one can participate.
