Online sales of admission form commences from Monday 30th January 2023 to Monday 6th March 2023.

Forms are obtainable from Nursing Service department, Ministry of health, New Secretariat Umuahia (Fourth floor, block B).

A payment of non-refundable fees of Ten thousand Naira (10,000) at two different banks (UBA and First Bank).

• Two passport photographs
• Photocopy of O’Level result
• Ten thousand Naira (10,000)

• Examination Date:– Saturday 25th March 2023.

Closing Date

All completed evidence of payment are to be returned to Nursing Service Department, Ministry of Health, New Seceteriat (4th floor,block B) before Monday 6th March 2023.
