2022 UTME: JAMB Registers 1.8 Million Candidates Nationwide

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB has released the Summary / Statistics of Candidates Registered so far for the forthcoming 2022/2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) as at 26th March, 2022.

Currently, Over 1.8 million candidates have been confirmed by the Joint Admission Matriculation and Examination Board (JAMB) to have registered for the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry.

The number of registered candidates this year shows a drop when compared to the total number last year. The board registered about 2.1 million candidates last year..

Lagos State has been confirmed to be currently leading with the highest number of Registered candidates ahead of the 2022 UTME.
